CW Global is a South African e-commerce business based in the Durban area, specialising in office supplies and stationery. We source products from trusted suppliers and deliver directly to our customers.

3. General Terms of Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this website and make purchases.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

4. Products and Ordering

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, minor variations may occur.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Certain products may have minimum order quantities. These are clearly indicated on the relevant product pages.

5. Pricing and VAT

• All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
• VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 15%) is calculated and added at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of order placement.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayFast (EFT, credit card, instant EFT)
• PayPal
• Stripe (credit/debit card)

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

7. Delivery

• Orders are delivered via PostNet courier to addresses within South Africa.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
• Free delivery is available on orders over R1,000 (excl. VAT).
• For orders below R1,000 (excl. VAT), a delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008. Please also refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

• You have the right to return goods purchased online within 7 days of delivery in terms of Section 44 of the CPA (cooling-off period).
• Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Defective goods may be returned within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund at your choice.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are defective.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of CW Global or its licensors and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• CW Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including the CPA.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
