Questions
What does the launch special cover?
30% off the once-off setup fee only — monthly plans are never discounted. Applies to the first 10 clients or until 30 September 2026, whichever comes first. The counter and date are real and enforced.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain and your content. CW Global builds and manages the site while you’re on a plan. Setup is an upfront once-off fee; no credit terms.
Is there a contract?
12-month minimum on the monthly plan, then month-to-month. You can cancel after the minimum term; we’ll hand over your content and point your domain wherever you want.
How is “product count” defined for Commerce?
The number of products (SKUs) live at launch. Product data is supplied by you as a spreadsheet with images; cleanup/photography is quoted separately. Bulk additions beyond your plan are R45/product.
